What better way to enjoy hummus, than dessert style. This Snickerdoodle Hummus recipe is gluten-free, fast, easy, and delicious. With sweet, cinnamon, and almond buttery flavors, this will make the perfect dip for any gathering. Eat it by itself or enjoy it with apple slices, graham crackers, or celery.


1 15.5 oz. can of garbanzo beans; rinsed and drained 3 times

¼ cup S&J Natural Almond Butter

¼ cup pure maple syrup

½ tsp molasses

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt; optional

1 tbsp milk

S&J Snickerdoodle Glazed Almonds for garnish


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except the milk and salt.
  2. Puree until the mixture is nice and smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Add the milk and salt and puree until combined and desired texture is achieved.
  3. Serve with granny smith apples, celery, graham crackers or eat just by itself!
  4. Enjoy!
