10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

½ cup S&J Honey Almond Butter

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed


  1. Line a 12 muffin tin with liners and set aside.
  2. Place the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and honey almond butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir for 15 seconds. Stir until smooth and add vanilla, stirring again to incorporate.
  3. Pour the fudge into the cups and press down to form. Garnish with crushed freeze dried strawberries. Try to move quickly as it tends to thicken fast.
  4. Place in refrigerator for approx. 45 minutes until firm.
  5. Enjoy!
